Mellow Strolling

Dear O'H dear, Lovely Tea Jenny & The Youngest Mini Princess,

The Eldest Mini Princess and I went to see Mary Doll and Victor today. Mary Doll was in slightly insane form but still not feeling 100% so Victor came out with us for a very soggy walk.

Victor is such a calm person to hang out with, the Yin to Mary Doll’s Yang. He exudes an intense calm and EMP and I both agreed on the way home that our heads go quiet in his company.

When we came back from our walk, I thanked him for coming with us and EMP added “it was lovely”.

“I know,” he said very matter-of-factly.

Because it was.

The Prince was out this evening so EMP and I had prawn risotto because he hates prawns. We watched Aftersun but didn’t rate it. The acting was amazing but the absence of a story meant it wasn’t for us. We consoled ourselves with mini eggs. The Prince would probably have hated them too so we finished the pack.
