Giant pod and seeds

I think this is a Moreton Bay chestnut, also known as the black bean. The pod is huge, about 20cm long and holding five large pale green beans. My research has led me to expect the seed coat to come off revealing a chestnut brown colour.

M found it on a nearby street and thought it blippable so he brought it home. You may not have seen the last of it.
