Magnolia stellata

Just one flower this year - but we did only plant it in October.  There are a couple of camellias as well - they have buds, but compared to everyone around, are VERY late flowering!

There's a lovely red flower on a geum.  And the allium bulbs are sprouting all around.  It does feel a bit warmer and veering towards spring, but Storm Kathleen is very generous with wind and rain!  We haven't been tempted to switch off the heating yet.
