Busy one

Friday and it was one-to-one day with added one-to-ones, as I'm looking after my young padawan's team as well while she's on holiday.

On the whole I've had positive discussions, apart from one. But I ignore that as it's just part of the job and that individual needs to look at themselves.

As I've been back-to-back for most of the day I've not had a chance to go for a walk. And now it's the weekend where I will be stranded again. Ho hum.
