Crewe

We are in Crewe at the start of our railway break. We looked around for a blip but down came the rain so this hotel opposite the station is our Image for Crewe.
We then rushed to an Italian meal in a very nice restaurant.
The high point of the day was our trip on the Avanti train to Crewe. The train was crowded as there are no trains tomorrow. The train manager took pity on us, found us seats and insisted on providing cups of tea, on the house.
