Stand tall for Giraffes

Day 3 using blipfoto and I seem to get into more and more of a tangle each time I use it. Still here goes, lets hope this goes right. I did?my shopping in Sainsburys today and whilst I was there I bumped into at least four giraffes. Such fun ... to quote Miranda's mum. It all began with the giraffe you see in this post. It was designed and created by an artist called Anne Schwegmann-Fielding who, inspired by Indian artwork created the giraffe to celebrate Colchester Zoo's 50th birthday. There were many others in the store that were equally beautiful and fun and made by the many different schoolchildren around the town.?Maybe I'll photograph them on another shopping trip! In her design Anne included golden stars on the white background to remind us Colchesterians of the well known nursery rhyme composed here in Colchester.

Up above the world so high


Like a diamond, in the sky??????? ...?? ... But maybe that is a story for another time...??and so life goes by, ho-hum.
