The Secret Garden

Today I went for lunch with my friend. I've been told about the Secret Garden and had always wanted to give it a try. As the sun was shining today it seemed like the right time. It was so lovely. You can eat inside or out in a beautiful kept garden. The tables are scattered about and they even provide rugs to put over you if you get a bit chilly outside, which wasn't the case today. They also have a gazebo area where you can have pots of tea, sandwiches, little pastries and scones, jam and cream.

The food was very nice too. Very filling I must say as I'm still full to the brim from my lunch. My friend had a glass of wine but I daren't as I was teaching an after school club, but my coffee was very nice!

It's not far from me at all. I'll cycle there next time.

I had three hours and twenty minutes sleep last night. I didn't want to miss bootcamp this morning or my run. I'm in a nice routine with it all. So tonight I'm going to catch up on some very needed sleep.
