The orange room

A day bursting with positivity.

Grateful for the following :

A short stroll listening to the Dawn chorus.
Being able to shower and dress myself properly with minimal discomfort.
For my kind friend L driving me to hospital and being such great company all day.
The good news from my neurologist (in the orange room) that my recovery impressed him and is going really well.
The relief that I can start to exercise again.
Bike (indoors) swim and continue walking.
That I was allowed to drive home:)
I have an appointment with a physiotherapist next Tuesday.
For the wonderful countryside, we drove through today, early spring flowers, lambs and their mums dotted across Dartmoor, industrious rookeries and a safe journey home.
