Daffodil Season Again
Still windy and cold, but a brighter day with plenty of sunny spells.
Up early, headed to work in the airport. A 10-1900 shift for the rest of the week. Another busy day of passengers, a few minor delays. Mostly working on the check-in desk, boarded a couple of flights too. Walkies with Sammy this evening, and we popped by friend Julie. Her mam and dad, Lorraine and Tommy, are up visiting for a week. Feet up now.
I left the house a bit too early this morning, so took my time heading to work. A slight detour and a brisk walk, but it was chilly. As more and more spring flowers pop their heads up, things are looking cheery around the isles again, but they've been getting a battering from the recent gale. Hopefully they'll survive, and keep the cheery colours blooming until the bluebells arrive. A cheery row of daffodils, Gord, Levenwick.
