Baby cones

I'm not sure I've ever managed to find young larch cones as small and pink as these when I've had the means to photograph them. They are so perfect and tiny that they  give me the same warm fuzzy feeling as baby rabbits do. Perhaps unsurprising, as after all, they are baby coneys.
