Just been touched up

It has been sitting on D’s doorstep for a few years but was looking faded and sad!
I tried to post a picture of goodies at craft group but it said it was the wrong dimension. I took it with my phone so it should have been the same as all the others taken that way. Any suggestions why this should happen?
