The Chief Mechanic

What a day!. Today we took delivery of our first car in six years since we arrived here in Finland. 
To begin with there was pretty heavy snow overnight which was not going to make the drive back from the dealership much fun.
Secondly, the bus on which we travelled in order to collect our new bus, failed to stop at the first roundabout within four hundred metres of our climbing aboard. Unfortunately there was a van towing a cherry picker stopped in front of us. They heard the resultant bang in Moscow. Bus has smashed windscreen and front entrance door no longer fits into its now somewhat modified frame.
Anyway we got the Renault home safely and the chief mechanic set to with a brush to remove excess snow and ice. Now to see how everything works. I still haven't found how to operate the rear window wash/wipe system.
