Day 30: Handwriting (we what i did there)

gotta love a shadow drawing :-)

A manic morning started with my trying to do a recce in town for my first victims who offered to help me with couple shoot practice. During this, my phone rang to say out afternoon picnic and park plans had been spoilt by an entrance fee of £15! So while I was trying to decide on an alternative L fell and banged her knee. I felt guilty and a little stressed to be honest. Needed a wee, needed a plan B, needed L's knee to stop bleeding and mostly needed L to stop wailing. Deep breath and we headed to Costa to be ripped off to the sum of £5 on 3 tiny biscuits. We did use the facilities, mopped the knee and sorted an alternative so it turned out to be the best £5 spend that day.

Tescos (bluergh) and off to Emberton Park for the family picnic. Even though I was happy with the recce (how do you spell that?) I figured it would be daft to head back out to do the shoot there and did it in the park instead. Bit tricky with the bright sunlight but the couple were so patient with me I got lots of shots that I like. I hope they like them!

Home to watch the prerecorded British Grand Prix and see a whole bunch of tyres rip up into the air like old carpets. Come on Pirelli! Great and exctiting race though.

This weekend has been so lovely, it feels like I've actually had a little holiday. Total break from everything
