Breakfast and walked the mountain land with Lisa in the sunshine , hellos to Rosie and family and new baby Alina .
Lunch with Yola and Drake and sunny walk around the dunes at Barley Cove. Basil and Drake keeping us entertained .
Dinner and night at Tom and Ruth’s . Wild venison casserole, shot by their friend as part of the annual cull .
Hopi candles in a desperate attempt to help clear my blocked ears as nothing else has worked so far . Felt lovely , did nothing . Looks like a micro vacuum might be required next week unless the olive oil slick in my ears finally works !!
