Cod Curry

Goan cod curry on riced broccoli. Wine: Domaine Saint-Damien Plan de Dieu Vieilles Vignes Côtes du Rhône 2020.

We had a good curry and a sub-par Côtes du Rhône tonight (the cork was in a questionable state suggesting it may have suffered from poor storage conditions before it got to us). Whenever I cook Indian, I remember that I should do so more often.
