Day off

What vile weather! And now wishing I hadn't looked at the forecast - the heavy rain is set to continue all week with high winds coming in next weekend (for my next/outdoor market).

On the plus side it didn't make me feel guilty for not going out today. Instead, I cosied up and read the book I'd bought on Saturday from a fellow stallholder (the author) which I thoroughly enjoyed. I messaged her to tell her so and gave her a 5* rating on goodreads. Every little helps :)

Hearing other stallholders faring much the same as me at various markets over the weekend. If we can make it through this year I think we can make it it through anything. Not sure I'll be able to keep going, certainly not full time. Que sera and all that. 

I got my end of month bits n bobs sorted and packaged up a couple of orders so I'm good to go with making tomorrow.

On the plus side the clock change meant that the ridiculously cheerful Robin that has been my alarm clock at 5.15am the past week or so didn't start till the much more acceptable 6.15am this morning. It'll soon be back to 3am wake ups so will take this brief reprieve while I can :)
