There may be trouble ahead.....

It's been a damp grey day and after yesterday's exertions we had a very quiet day indoors. 
Whilst I was watching over the garden waiting for a blip subject to appear, I saw one of the local cats on my neighbours garage taking rather too much interest in the nest box that the blue tits have been using. I rushed outside to shoo it away, but no doubt it will be back at some stage. I don't think it can get a paw into the hole, but lying in wait later down the line for the fledglings to appear might be a tactic it employs. I hope not, but it's not looking as promising as it once did :((
