'Flinders Street Railyards'
A bit of a grey day in Melbourne today, although very mild temps for this time of year still, the overnight low was a really quite warm 12 degrees and we reached 18 degrees this arvo. A bit more mucking around with some tilt shift images again today. Also saw a 6 piece brass and drums band playing on the steps of Flinders Street Station.
Had a very nice evening last night with Nick, Jackie and their girls over for dinner. Mrs RW got some technical advice and instruction from Nick the master home brewer and now the ginger beer is fermenting in the keg for the next two weeks or so before being bottled. Nick has kindly offered to come over to help out with the bottling and he will bring over his bottle capping machine which should be much easier than the manual capper that I bought with the kit.
Nick brought over about half a dozen different beers for us to try last night too, some really good and different stuff there, we particularly enjoyed his Russian Imperial brew.
