Sauerkraut

Santana has made this sauerkraut and it is currently fermenting for 2 weeks.  It is flavoured with turmeric and ginger.  It is creating quite a lot of bubbles!

A quiet day.  The rain promised didn't materialise until late morning which is a bonus.

Admin at home for much of today.
