Love is.....

...patient
......Love is kind.
.........It does not envy,
............it does not boast,
...............it is not proud.
...It does not dishonour others,
......it is not self-seeking,
.........it is not easily angered,
............it keeps no record of wrongs.
...Love does not delight in evil
......but rejoices with the truth.
.........It always protects,
............always trusts,
...............always hopes,
..................always perseveres.
Love never fails.

These words from 1 Corinthians 13 (and the first of the HeartFreek July Challenge) are often used at weddings, and we are sometimes encouraged to put our own name in the place of Love - that can be quite a telling experience!

By the way, the photograph, for once, has absolutely nothing to do with the challenge, we just LOVE being here by the sea, and this was the view from the bedroom balcony at 6.00 a.m. this morning! What's not to love?
