It’s traditional in Germany, around Easter, so exciting to have a freshly backed one in Nottingham for breakfast!

It freezes really well so keeps making an appearance over the next few weeks.

The egg is hard boiled and coloured. I’m not an egg fan but really like the look of them like this.
