The old woolshed at Ayrburn …..
….. ….. ….. now a restaurant, by Mill Stream.
Church was interesting in so many ways this morning.
The minister began with a broad wide smile, “He is risen!” And everyone responded, almost cheering, “He is risen indeed!” There were many people from overseas, having a holiday in Queenstown. Diverse backgrounds - with commonalities. .
The music went well, in spite of some nerves and I think we all actually enjoyed it! Marvellous.
I met up with a couple from our Village, at Ayrburn, for lunch. There are always great chats with these two which I really appreciate, living on my own. We ordered 4 sides/starters and it was the perfect amount for us 3; squid, twice-cooked potatoes, broccolini and roasted carrot with coriander.
We walked up to the waterfall afterwards, enjoying the warm Autumn sun and colourful trees. I’ve put an image from that walk into Extras.
Happy Easter everyone!
