Today's endevour

Traditionally for Easter we have 'Colomba' a sweet bread.  It is not easy to find them around us - and if you do they are very expensive ($40).  It is not difficult to make, but the process is long.  I cannot complain about the results though.  

Will let you know the taste, but it does smell wonderful.  Enough bragging!
