So Long Bruce!

Bruce's Butchery is a Blackheath institution, so when I read he was retiring, and that today was his last in the butchery, I dropped in to wish him the best and record the occasion.

I would have preferred it if he'd ditched the thumbs up, but hey, that's Bruce:)
