These 2 beat another rainbow

Woke up early enough to walk the dogs and get to parkrun at lanhydrock.
Wasn't really feeling it as I started, but hey ho I had started so I finished. Not a fast time but still first in my age group, despite a lot of parkrun tourists bulking the numbers.
Picked up a bit of shopping then gave the dogs a longer walk on the way home.
We had sunshine and some brisk showers today
