The Festival is over, long live the Festival

Today sees both the end of the Film Festival and the start of serious anticipation of the Festival (mainly the Fringe*) in just over a month's time, but in the meantime the Magic Festival is just starting and the Jazz and Blues Festival will be starting in a couple of weeks.

*The Art Festival starts on 1 August, the Fringe, the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo and the Festival of Spirituality and Peace on the 2nd, the official Festival (The Edinburgh International Festival) on the 9th and the Book Festival on the 10th.
