Perfect time

It was such a beautiful day today. We have been very fortunate to have had several days like this since the beginning of the year but I think this has been the best so far as it has been just a bit warmer. The birds certainly seemed to be celebrating with their variety of songs and more plants in the garden are coming into bud, or even flowering, like yesterday’s camellia.
As I walked past the sun dial, I took a minute to check the time and it was spot on at 4.20pm. After tomorrow, it will be an hour behind for the next seven months.
