Good Friday…

There were about four or five different denominations at the service this morning. Brilliant! Also a thoughtful reflection on the day.

Followed by coffee/ lunch with friends before I went into visit Janet who’s doing well after her procedure but will be in hospital for at least two more weeks. No choir this evening so Iris and I had our time together a bit earlier. Trying to ‘catch’ the dropped stitch several rows back in her knitting flummoxed me though. Could mean a darn in the finished piece.

I think it’s been quiet here at home this afternoon and evening …. but D has been busy and done his own thing, and is happy.
