Although vague, from what I can gather is that you have a little touch key tab that monitors the amount of un-recyclable stuff you throw away.

Town's folk are up in arms. there's a whole polemic on social media. which I allow to drift over my head.

What interests me is this; This town has been here since the 14th century and look at how it just skims the surface.
