Not feeling great so was glad that Dawn Raiders was cancelled and I came back from the library at lunchtime to work from home in the afternoon. I had to miss Biodanza in the evening too. 
Back-blipping this so I can report that it was a 24 hour bug (or food poisoning but SparseRunner was fine) and I and back to normal (my normal at least).
