A very enjoyable sunny afternoon outing to Sheffield Park in East Sussex. Should you find yourself there, I thoroughly recommend sampling the blackberry frozen yoghurt from the Trust shop. It's so good I remembered it from the last time I visited and it certainly didn't disappoint today either.

Not sure whether I should apologise for or embrace the unintentional rainbow streaks that appeared in this photo. Think I'll go for the latter.
