I just need to try to settle down...

The wild patch in the garden.

Nunk, gave me this cutting the year before he died. It was approximately 20 blades of grass in a little pot.

I took it out and planted it in my "Alpine" area of the garden. I call it "Alpine" because when we came to look over the house the previous owner said "This is our "Alpine Rockery". Ahem.

ha ha ha ha

Now is it really "Wild Garden Meadow" for bees and butterflies, and for Bean to stalk both and birdies from.

Garpie is buried just to the right of the grass, and for this reason, I cannot fully dig this area over for fear of digging up, much loved Pet. However, in the spirit of all nature programmes on TV I am doing my bit for nature. I'm letting it run wild, and by the power of the Mother Ship, I'm doing it well. Bean averages 4 kills per week (That she leaves laying for us), and gawd knows how many she eats.

I was thinking about putting in a bird table too - a sort of European style breakfast bar for her - give her a little climbing exercise instead of just pouncing on them.

This isn't what I wanted to blip today, but since Toolibelle and I decided to synchronise Migraines, both of us were in bed til after 6pm, this is all you are getting!

Roll on tomorrow and a clear head.
