Daffodil

Maundy Thursday. I had the day off work. I bought these daffodils when I went out in the morning to get a few things at the shop. Otherwise I just did odds and ends around the flat, waited in for a parcel delivery and popped over to my friend's flat in the afternoon to hand over a birthday present for her daughter who is four today (I saw her briefly, asked her how old she was. She held up four fingers and then ran over to her mum and said, look I'm almost one hand old!). Then in the evening I went to a very lovely and quite moving Maundy Thursday service at church.
