Royal Marden breakfast

Another tasty breakfast at the Royal Marsden.  We arrived at 9:15 because I have to to take my antisickness an hour before treatment so we have breakfast while waiting to go up.  I was pleased as I had one of my favourite nurses.  They are all lovely but I especially like the nurse I had today.  The nurses are 1-1 with you on the research ward.  We were chatting away and she asked what I do for work and she then explained that HMRC are hounding her for penalties for not filing a tax return, but there is no reason she needs to do a tax return and so I helped to draft her a penalty appeal letter and she was so pleased she gave me a hug!  We got stuck in traffic coming home and didn't get back until 4:30, I went straight to bed as I was exhausted, more so than usual, but I feel OK this morning.
