A visit to the local cycle shop today to order Kerr's birthday present which he is getting rather early so that we can take it on holiday with us.

He also needed a new cycle helmet as his previous one is getting too small.

An ex colleague of mine popped in for a quick visit this afternoon. She emigrated to New Zealand 6 years ago with her family and is back in Scotland for a holiday for a few weeks. It was really lovely to see her and catch up on all her news.
