Salmon berry blossoms

I really needed to get some fresh air today so I went for a short walk. So wonderful to see the salmon berry flowers starting to appear. I like salmon berries and they're the first to ripen in the spring. They are popular with Indigenous people, often served with smoked salmon. Makes my mouth water, thinking of the feasts I've been lucky enough to attend.
