One of the cheerful sheds down by the harbour.  I liked them before, when they were tatty, and I like them now, too.  A group of volunteers repainted them last year and they're very colourful now.
Ran into a friend I haven't seen since the beginning of the year.  She's off to Shetland soon, we'll have a proper catch-up when she gets back.
The kimchi doesn't seem to be fermenting properly, but it's not going off, either.
