At least there was some blue sky
I had blood taken at my GP surgery this morning. The nurse who usually does it completely painlessly stood back while a much younger person tried hard to appear confident. She was shaking so much I might have been her first. I'm glad that I have an easy vein and had just cycled four miles. It wasn't painless but was perfectly OK.
I spent the evening planning for some more blue sky elsewhere. Trains, beds... How much to fix; how much to leave to chance?
