And Into The Long Weekend

It's been a long weekend and now we have 4 days off.  That is a blessed relief.  IF the cats would let either of us sleep...

A holiday is needed.  Sometime soon.  But there are other priorities - eye operations, leg operations and the Ausländer Energy Reserve is hovering around 0%.

Time to go downstairs and cook.  A creamy sauce with really finely sliced onions, king oyster mushrooms and a few herbs, gnocchi fried in butter and everything served together - whoever gets here first gets the third bowl.
