Vanandra Osteria, Fiesole

Took the bus to Fiesole after class and lunched at Vinandro Osteria. The ambience was homey and the decorations fun to investigate. The shrimp with black rice was flavorful as well as the beef stew.

We enjoyed wandering the Etruscan ruins that were added to by the Romans. The museum on the grounds has a large variety of objects from the Etruscans that is well worth a visit.
