Duck Race 2013

As part of some fund raising for cubs, there was a duck race held at Loggerheads near Mold, N Wales. Many of us "bought a duck" each in the hope that it would be a winner. Number 25 won by a long way (all the way). We could not see ours at any point in the race. Better luck next time.

It was a grand day out as we walked further afield along the stream and back to the cafe/carpark. The day was capped off with a late (yummy) lunch at a Pub called the We Three Loggerheads.

Bring on more Glastonbury...........

Ps - judging by lastnights performence, the Stones need to hang up their stage outfits & go home (as in "a home")
