Next Stop Berwick-Upon-Tweed.
Well this is definately my last shift after thinking I was off today and missed out on a Edinburgh Blipmeet as well oh well next time I hope, anyway it was a day of being busy as a trip to Newcastle beconed before I was due to pick up my son Sam and take hime to the Hearts Football Stadium shop to buy him an early birthday present of a season ticket for all the matches of Hearts who need all the cash they can right now so £200.00 was the fee for Sam's season ticket and his seat is right next to the Driver I was sitting next to so if my mate Barry can't make a game I can get a loan of his season ticket and sit next to Sam so if Barry asks me to cover a Saturday for him to get to the game I will be apoligetic and say sorry no can do and get him to give me his season ticket lol I'm no daft Eh heehee naw I would't do such a thing anyway I jumped back on an earlier train from Newcastle today and had such a wonderful chat indeed which made the journey pass so quick indeed and loved every minute of it but alas it had to finish as I enjoyed the luxury first class service onboard with a light refreshment to wet my lips so after getting Sam his ticket and dropping him back off in Livingston I headed back towards home and the heavens opened and chucked it down with Rain I was worried the cat would get soaked but he was hiding in his new outdoor cat house and it's the first time he has been seen to use it and those pesky nesting birds have taken almost a third of the thatch of the roof of one side of my bird table and after all that rain it was a rather soggy thatch at that and oh well nothing wrong with a soggy thatch I suppose anyway, and I had got my ingredients to make two batches of homemade soup in my Morphy Richards soupmaker with Chicken,Rice,Peas, sweetcorn, carrots, potatoe, swede, onion black pepper and chicken stock and it turned out fab with some Tesco Tiger Crusty Bread to dunk in my soup ,Gordon Ramsey eat your heart out, I will say the soupmaker is a cracking item as it will make a smooth soup in 23 minutes and a chunky soup in 28 so 3.2 litres of soup in 56 minutes.
So off to London tomorrow early as it is Canada day tomorrow and I won't be back untill Tuesday night so I am looking forward to trying some of the food on offer at Trafalgar Square where the event is taking place hopefully it isn't wet down there so that was my day now then on that theme my movie for the day will be me hoping I don't suffer a " Soggy Bottom 1981" I thought I would put a wee twist to the shot as wee approached Berwick-Upon-Tweed See Ya
