Notes: Very disruptive night of sleep and not much rest ... and then awake a little after 7a (expected to sleep to 9a or so). Felt more hopeful and as if things were shifting or changing for today and felt good about being out and about more (hopefully getting the new Rx, maybe going to thrift store, being out in sunshine). Walked over to library @ 9a when they opened to print a doc. Mic's first Rx went in well before they opened - they called around 10a or so and it was for caplets, not tablets - need to split them so had to have it re-written and submitted by Mic. Called a bit after 11a and they hadn't received it yet and needed 2 hrs to make the tablets - I didn't receive the notification it was ready until almost 330p. In the meantime, had gone to the pool for a bit longer still - quite windy again today and done some stuff around the house, ate some leftovers and finally took a shower. Dragging from the short night, I did a 30 m in Lightwave activation, have been slacking off some from them lately. Streamed shows in the evening.
