Not as bad as it looks …

After a triumphant cycling weekend our youngest went for a run after work and collided with a low hanging branch. The cap took the brunt of the blow. His sister rescued him and then his brother in law took him to the minor injuries for a patch up. All successfully patched up now.

We had a lovely visit from an old friend this morning. Bit by bit normality begins to return.
