Last stop

On the way to Charlotte airport we stopped at Historic Brattonsville, a living history site near York, SC. There is a big house which we did not get to visit as it was under renovation as was the former women’s school house. Several more old buildings and a store to explore.

However, there were baby pigs. And lambs. Totally cute and the big momma pig was curious about us. The little piggies escaped the pen and followed Connie around the yard area. I might have been a little jealous as they were so cute! We did get them back to the pen.

We had a great lunch at a little bakery cafe in York then on to the airport. Their flights were only a couple hours so they will be home around 7pm.

We had a great time visiting some of my favorite places. Tired out but glad for the time together!
