Rays

Dip 11° 4mins. Emptied, cleaned and refilled.
The electrician came in first thing to change the heating thermostat...it decided to stop working on Saturday, just in time for a colder snap of weather. Toasty again now. 
Did a bit of washing and gardening before the weather turned this afternoon. 
Met Carrie for lunch after taking a call from MrW head of maths, regarding my feedback about parents evening. He apologised for his colleagues choice of words...they are told to be brutally honest...but he agreed this had been taken too far, with no plan to help Fk. He told me they do period 6 drop in maths sessions, Monday and Wednesday, so I'll encourage FK to go. He'll also check in with his teacher and keep FK on his radar and will talk to me again a couple of weeks into the new term. Very satisfying conversation.
Good to catch up with Carrie too. 
Decided to cut out the sun and see if it looks OK as a block or if I need to break it into smaller pieces. I used different glass for the rays. I'm happy I think.
Boys watched footie after tea and I was happy to catch up on blips and Saturdays paper!
