Tea!

I haven’t blipped for three days as I have been in a lot of pain with my back. Doctor said it’s muscular after a check up.
We went out to the coffee shop today though just to get out of the house for a couple of hours. We called at my sisters afterwards to see them after their months holiday in Tenerife.
Hope the heat pads work soon.
