Perpetual motion..

We were visiting Janet who’s been transferred to Kings College Hospital for her operation tomorrow. A happy visit. She has been very anxious and we were asked by her family to keep her positive. We had plenty of happy things to share and all benefitted from our time together.

And… after my run first thing, I kept up the momentum… in the loft. Plenty got sorted and rearranged and more got thrown down on the landing for further treatment….
Most important, I found what I was looking for!
