Dyrholaey

A great breakfast at our accommodation, enough to last us all the way back to Reykjavik.
Went up to the view point at Dyrholaey which was only a few minutes down the road. Very windy but clear views all around. The sea arch was very impressive with the waves crashing around it.
Took the higher road back and stopped again at Thingvellir national park as it had been a wet snowy day when we visited a few days ago. The views was definitely worth retracing our route.
Hotel in Reykjavik has a balcony so views up to the snowy mountains. A wander around the old town and a few drinks before tea. Even saw some northern lights from the balcony but quite faint.
