Gym day today with AAC. And we had the added pleasure of a film crew from the BBC recording our session. The Active Against Cancer sessions are a lifeline for so many who are pre or post cancer treatment. The stories of our gym buddies are both heart-warming and heart-wrenching, and this fantastic scheme will now be shown to a much wider audience. The physios who run these sessions are true heroes; professional, caring, supportive, fun, helpful … everything you could hope for, and much more.
